Our client is a leading player in the manufacturing sector, dedicated to innovation, quality, and sustainability.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee all financial activities of our manufacturing client. The Controller will be responsible for financial reporting, budget management, cost analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management review.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Provide financial guidance and support to department managers and senior leadership.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to foster professional growth and development.
• Evaluate and implement financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA designation preferred.
• Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
